We may offer financial incentives to consumers in exchange for sharing certain Personal Information with us. Participation and the rewards offered as incentives are set out within each program. Our good-faith estimate of the value of your information is the value of the benefit we offer to you. We calculate that value by using the expense to us of operating the program related to the benefit obtained by our running of the program. You can opt-in by signing up for the incentive when it is offered to you . We have also taken steps to ensure that the only personnel who are granted access to your personal data are those with a business ‘need-to-know’ or whose duties reasonably require such information.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we request that children do not provide Personal Information through the Services. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties to which we disclosed Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
